Auregi began with a simple conviction: a great journey is not a longer list of activities, but fewer, better decisions made on your behalf.
We keep only two villas, both in Diani on Kenya's south coast, so that each one is known intimately — the staff, the gardens, the best hour to swim. Around them we arrange the days: the reef, the forest, the dhow, the table. One planner holds the whole journey, from first enquiry to final departure.
Stay with Auregi
Beachfront at Auregi Kivulini, or a one-acre garden estate at Auregi Kwitu where a two-bedroom villa and a three-bedroom villa can be booked separately or together. Bookings are completed on each villa's own Airbnb or Booking.com listing.

A spacious five-bedroom beachfront retreat on the first row of Diani Beach, steps from the Indian Ocean. Generous living spaces, a shared swimming pool and direct beach access — with shopping centres, restaurants and Diani's attractions minutes away.

Take the entire place — all 5 bedrooms across two separate villas on a private one-acre garden estate in the heart of Diani, a ten-minute walk from the beach, with the whole garden and pool to yourselves. Sleeps up to 10 guests. Prefer something smaller? Either villa can also be booked on its own.

A bright, freshly finished cottage set in its own corner of the garden. Two en-suite bedrooms with four-poster beds, an open-plan living room and a full marble-topped kitchen — ideal for a couple or a small family.
The larger of the two villas, opening onto the swimming pool and lawn. A soaring mangrove-pole ceiling over the living and dining room, a generous kitchen, and three bedrooms including a twin room for children.
